Parish Events

  • Monday’s Memorial Day Mass is at 9 am
  • Bingo will be held on Thursday, June 14 at 6:30 p.m. in Philip Hall.
  • A reception for those newly received into the Church at the Easter Vigil will be following the 10:30 Mass on May 27.
  • Coffee and donuts are suspended from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend due to summer heat
  • Children’s Liturgy of the Word does not meet in the summer from Memorial Day weekend until the weekend after Labor Day

Parish History

Resurrection has been a community in Christ serving many families for 40 years.  Open in 1970, by Fr. Philip Poirier, Resurrection has continued a tradition of prayer and service through many outreach ministries within the community.

In July 2007, a severe summer storm caused the roof of the Church to collapse and left it destroyed.  This tragedy united the Resurrection community and a restored church was opened March 15, 2009.
